OOO means Out of Order. Most of the time, but feel free to make of it what you want. What’s sure is that it stands for no-nonsense garage punk made by three girlfriends who one day came with the idea: “hé, we can do the same”. After which they grabbed their instruments and dove into a basement for their first rehearsal. In the scene of Groningen OOO is already known as the next best band and had the honour to play as a support for e.a. Chastity Belt, Peach Kelli Pop and Cocaine Piss.
Cusack is a three-headed dragon making restless noisey post-punk at the source of a threat which follows you until the darkest hours of the night. Daanie, Bart and Marc are musicians on a never-ending search to new sounds and bizarre inspirations. Musically influenced by Shellac, Tool and Savages and textually by the electrical sheep of Philip K. Dick, an oversupply of fragile male ego’s and break-ups that painful we’re not going to talk about them here. Cusack is sometimes warm, sometimes angry but most of all delightfully dark.
